BS in technical field plus 15 years Systems Engineering experience, of Masters and 13 years
Experience in Electronic Warfare/Radar/SIGINT technologies
Background in RF/analog/digital design and verification
Experience in assessing software and hardware compatibility and resolving conflicts between the two, dynamic object-oriented requirement system (DOORS), assessing existing product lines to meet new customer needs, and making existing products better and more cost effective
Proven ability to work with customers, creating new solutions that meet their requirements within acceptable cost parameters and well developed communication and presentation skills
